I am writing this letter as a friend, to convince others, to not only read a very sad story, but also to assist him in any way possible to finally attain his Constitutional Right of “Due process of the law” that he has continuously tried without waiver since his problems began. This 100% Disabled Veteran is a Combat Veteran from Korea as well as a Bronze Star recipient from Viet Nam. Before anyone can say “So What” just remember that this disabled veteran could be your closest relative or your next-door neighbor. I am sure that there are tens of thousands of disabled veterans out there that this has happened to. Never Forget, this combat related disabled veteran fought to retain OUR FREEDOM. The question is “Why are our governments and Bureaucratic offices doing this to our disabled veterans?” The answer is “Because they can.” I have seen insurmountable documentation pertaining to this disabled veteran’s story, I urge everyone that reads this story to not only pass it on, but sent copies to their elected politicians as well as your favorite talk shows or anyone that can assist him in attaining his “Due process of the law”. In the title of a most famous song “You ‘ve got to Fight for something or you will fall for Anything”. In closing, there is no doubt in my mind, whatsoever, that this disabled Veteran has been denied his “Due process of the Law”, and he has assured me, and I believe him wholeheartedly that he has done NO WRONG. I am asking if there is a high ranking politician or someone with enough clout or a Law Philanthropic group/school/college or Professor to ask to assist in the resolution of Mr. Osborne’s problems that would take Mr. Osborne on as a client or class project or any other person/persons that believes in Truth and Justice will win. P.s. For those who wish to support me…1) Read what you see 2) Hit link about me 3) After you read the eight page story 4) Go to the elected officials 5) Send them a short but direct e-mail, stating you, being a constituent of theirs, that you request strongly that they support (Mr. Charles Osborne) in his pursuit of justice. 6) Once you have done this e-mail these instructions to everyone in your address book 7) Then please ask that everyone else do the same and so on and on. I need all the help I can get. I have been fighting since 1985 (not counting my military career) in closing there may be statutes of limitations on most laws however; there definitely is not any statutes of limitations on justice.
